STAFF-CADRE.  The TATSOR Special Operations Training Services Group (TATSOR Group) boasts a unique staff-cadre of special operations instructors who have extensive experience in their fields and the added ability to impart that knowledge to others. The Training Staff-Cadre is a professional group that has collectively accumulated over 200+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections and military special operations training and operational/combat experience.

Each "Lead" Instructor within a respective discipline/program is required to have live "operational" experience and must maintain their respective skills.  TATSOR Group Staff-Cadre experience is primarily based upon "quality" rather than "quantity" with emphasis upon the ability to impart lessons learned and skills to the respective target audience.
